PC Advisor spent a day at the Gadget Show Live 2012, taking in the sights and sounds, and bringing you this video of the best gadgets of 2012.

Whilst at the Gadget Show Live, we saw the latest tablets, laptops, smartphones and home entertainment equipment, and got the chance to try out cool new gaming devices. Particular highlights included the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga.

The overall feel and focus of the Gadget Show Live 2012 was on audio equipment, with heavy promotion for headphones, speakers, in-car-entertainment and the like.

Gaming equipment had a significant amount of the floor space with new and retro consoles on offer. The highlight of our day was Motion Simulation's TL1 - partly because we set the fastest lap of the day, but mostly because of its impressive 180 degree screen and immersive experience.

A celebrity appearance was made by rapper 50 Cent to launch his range of headphones in the UK.
