5. Followup.cc
- Reviewed on: 14 December 11
- RRP: FREE
- Rating:

Followup.cc won me over with its calendar integration and tagging features. But I do wish the service would do away with the limitations placed on reminders: The free version only lets you send 25 per month, and the $5-per-month Personal version tops out at 100. Plus lets you have 250 reminders, and Premium offers 1000, which is more than you'll likely ever use. But when rival Followupthen.com offers unlimited reminders for free, it's hard to compete.
4. Followupthen.com
- Reviewed on: 14 December 11
- RRP: FREE
- Rating:

In the end, there's not a whole lot of difference between Followupthen.com and Followup.cc. But if you have a lot of tasks and a minimal budget, Followupthen.com will win you over with its ability to send unlimited reminders for free.
3. Smartr Inbox for Gmail

This free add-on for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari lets you integrate Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn with Gmail.
2. CompanionLink

- RRP: $39
- Rating:

Anyone who has been frustrated by Gmail and Google Calendar's inability to synchronize with Outlook will want to take a look at CompanionLink for Outlook. If previous versions appeared daunting, version 4.0's improved interface and ease of use will be a welcome sight.
1. Xobni Plus

Worries about the stability of Xobni Plus aside, this is an excellent software product that will immediately make you more productive. A snip at $29.
