5. Rdio
- Reviewed on: 29 December 11
- RRP: From $5 a month
- Rating:

Rdio offers a lot to like, to US users at least. It has a vast music library, delivers impressive music quality, and is easy to use when you're on the go. I do wish its navigation were a bit more intuitive: As a music service, Rdio should make it much easier to get the music playing.

Blip.fm is a music-streaming site with a difference, it turns web users into DJs or music curators.

The Carphone Warehouse launched its Music Anywhere service, which is similar in concept to Apple’s iCloud.

A Napster library can be accessed from any PC, laptops or even net-connected TVs or hi-fis that support the service.

Last.fm is a music-streaming site that has its focus firmly on being a music recommendation service. Once signed up to the site, you can search for an artist or track from the 11.7-million strong catalogue and then access ready-made playlists that contain music by that artist as well as tracks from similar artists.
