Wasted memory
I just upgraded the memory on my PC to 1512MB. But as there were just two slots on my motherboard I had to discard the old 256MB memory, which seems like a waste. Is there no cheap "splitter socket" one could plug into the socket that allows me to use both the new and the old memory? Or is that a technical impossibility?
