Zendio review

£9.95 a month

Manufacturer: Zendio

Our Rating: We rate this 3 out of 5

Zendio reports which emails have been read, and which emails have been ignored. Here's our review.

We've all been stuck with the same email problem: You send off an email and then wonder what happens with it. Did it ever reach its destination and get read? If you sent links in the email, what happened with them--did they get clicked? For Microsoft Outlook users, Zendio (£9.95/month, 30-day free trial) has the answers. This Outlook add-in tracks what happens to mail after you send it, and reports back to you on the results.

Zendio reports which emails have been read, and which haven't.Whenever you send an email with Outlook, Zendio automatically tracks it for you, and also keeps tracks of any links that were clicked on. For every email your recipient reads, you get an email telling you the date and time it is read. In addition, you can also see reports that details at a glance all emails you sent that were read (and unread), as well as links that were clicked upon. It works not just on single recipient emails, but mass mailings as well.

Zendio also lets you attach different signatures to different emails, something that is very time-consuming and kludgey to normally do inside Outlook. And because it integrates directly into Outlook, Zendio is exceptionally easy to use.

  • Overall: We give this item 6 of 10 overall

Now the bad part - Zendio's price. At £9.95 a month, this is an expensive piece of software. It'll be worth your while only if you need it for business reasons. If you do, however, you'll find it quite useful.
