Using Touchnote.com, photography fans can use the snaps they take on holiday as the basis of a postcard.

Using Touchnote.com, photography fans can use the snaps they take on holiday as the basis of a postcard.

The principle is simple: upload a photo to the Touchnote site or select one from your Facebook or Flickr account, add a personal note and enter the recipient's details.

A fold-out square greeting card with your message and photo will then be delivered anywhere in the world via first class post. Royal Mail will deliver your postcard within seven days within Europe.

To use the service (you can send one for free to see how it works) you buy vouchers from the Touchnote site.

Touchnote.com can also be used with some Nokia mobile phones - you download the app from the recently-launched Nokia OVI store - and is set to come to at least one other well-known phone brand soon.
