Kodak EasyShare is free software from photo giant Kodak that offers excellent tools for organising your photos into albums and managing them.

Kodak Easyshare is free software from photo giant Kodak that offers excellent tools for organising your photos into albums and managing them.

Not only can you view photos by folder, but you can also view them by date taken, date added to your hard disk, size, rating, and even by caption. You can create multiple albums for viewing as well. Kodak Easyshare also will synchronise photos with your digital camera.

Included as well are tools for photo editing, including getting rid of red eye, balancing colour, rotating and cropping, retouching faces, and more, including many effects. Among the effects in Kodak Easyshare are sepia tinting and turning a photo into a cartoon.

Kodak Easyshare burns photo collections to CDs or DVDs and create slideshows.

Kodak Easyshare also links directly to the Kodak Gallery website, which lets you share albums with others, order prints, and create photo projects, such as making cards for mailing.
