The iPhone is gripped by two non-scratch side clasps and a small bottom ledge, creating a firm grip.

All buttons and ports are accessible, although one of the speakers is slightly obscured by the bottom grip. Even the camera lens is afforded a hole to peek out of on the back of the case.

The flip cover protects the iPhone front while in transit, kept in place by a popper belt.

If you want to clip the case to your belt there's a clip included for you to add, although this is fairly bulky. When the belt clip is not attached we found that the affixing screw sometimes caught on clothing. (Although not a flip case, Belkin's Slim-Fit iPhone sleeve features a much more subtle belt clip.)

Leather quality is fine, with subtle white stitching.
