The Sena Laterale iPhone case will appeal to those people who like to hang things from their belts or ladies with luxury handbags.
There are thousands of iPhone cases out there and we can't test them all here, but we have ensured that we review the quality ones. And you don't get much higher quality than the cases made by Sena.
Sena cases are handcrafted using fine Italian leathers. They don't look like run-of-the-mill iPhone cases, and ooze quality. We've previously reviewed the Sena Walletskin iPhone case, and liked its double use as a card-carrying wallet.
An altogether different iPhone case from the same manufacturer is the Sena Laterale.
The Laterale is more of a clutch case, where you have to unpop the snap fasterner and slide out the phone to use.
It's probably best worn with the attached belt clip - a look we've never really appreciated. Belt-clip phone storage is likely to appeal to those people who think nothing of walking round with a Bluetooth earpiece or have a bunch of keys jangling from their hip.
The case is tough but beautiful, and the felt-like inside may even give your phone a little clean on extraction!
Like the other Sena cases the Laterale looks every inch a class act, but the effort to have to take the phone out of the case every time you need to use it doesn’t enamour the design to us. If you are a belt clip type of person, however, this is a smart option.
