I have used IE, Firefox & Chrome, but in recent times I have grown to like firstly IE7 and more lately IE8.
However, now that I have moved to 64 bit computing with Windows 7, I find that certain website will only work in 32 bit mode, so I have two icons on my taskbar to launch whichever version of IE works best. It is a bit inconvenient so will try Firefox again to see if that is better.
I have never tried any of the others and have no immediate wish to do so if IE and/or Firefox fail to deliver.

It amuses me that
those interfering busybodies over in Brussels have dillydallied for so long that the launch copies of Windows 7 have all come out with IE8.

i used firefox since early version 2, maybe 1 i cant remember
i now use thunderbird to
and thier media player, songbird for music

I was an Opera fan for many years but now use Firefox as it seems to have matured greatly recently. Can't see me going back to Opera. Can't stand IE6/7/8/etc.
