Cookie crumbler

It's important to periodically clear the browser of cached files and cookies. In Internet Options, General, use Delete Cookies and Delete Files. In IE7, simply click on Delete Browsing History in the Tools menu.

Applying tighter security can restrict a browser's functionality and may disable the very things such as Flash that made you want to go online in the first place. Refine your security settings, using the Custom Level option in Internet Options, to enable or disable relevant actions and finetune your browser's behaviour.
