Swap a paper clip for a house

It's not quite a Million Dollar Homepage, but Kyle MacDonald has managed to trade a single red paper clip for a house. All thanks to the magic of the internet.

Going via a door knob, a recording contract and a Kiss snow globe, he's managed to swap each item with visitors to his site, oneredpaperclip.blogspot.com, and tomorrow he'll be moving into a house in Kipling Saskatchewan.

It's only taken a year and 14 trades – not bad going, really.
