The World Cup: Ascii Edition

Some enterprising geeks have found a way to broadcast World Cup matches as Ascii art.

The service is self-claimed as "The best, most ridiculous, most redundant graphical implementation of Ascii!"

If you fancy watching a text interpretation of the match action, you'll need to delve into Telnet, the command prompt of the internet.

To access the service, click Run in the Start menu, then enter "telnet ascii-wm.net 2006" ten minutes before kick off and revel in the gripping text-based action.
