Microsoft dismissed a former quality control worker for speaking out to the press during the Xbox 360 'Red Ring of Death' fiasco.
Former QA Robert Delaware may also face legal action after he revealed details of the problems facing the Xbox 360 to Venturebeat.
Delaware, who worked for Microsoft between 2005 and 2007, went to Venturebeat with the story that Xbox Live updates embedded in retail games could brick working Xbox 360 consoles.
