Determined hackers have already turned an Xbox 360 and a PlayStation 3 (PS3) into a laptop, now one has managed to run Windows Vista on Sony's console.
A YouTube video, uploaded by 'mopx0', apparently shows Microsoft's OS running on the PS3 under emulation, but console fans beware - it's a slightly clunky experience, to say the least.
According to the video (see below), it took nearly 25 minutes to boost Vista, and once the operating system was up and running, even performing simple tasks was a major headache. The Vista-based PS3 took 5mins 30secs to load the Start Menu, and the video's author said "I was going to show you how it can open simple programs like notepad, but it took close to 12mins".
