Both boxes sport the updated Windows 8 logo with some somewhat funky colours too. The white box is for Windows 8 while the black box is for Windows 8 Pro. The new logo emphasises the tile based interface which Microsoft is no longer calling 'Metro', likely due to a German company called Metro AG.
