He will also work closely with the company's marketing and services organisations to drive a globally aligned customer interaction model.

According to the company, the role was created to spearhead company growth.

"Having Dixon join the team will have an immediate impact on helping us manage through our growth. His track record and blend of industry experience in scaling sales organisations is going to be key to our success as a disruptive leader in the ITSM market," Temple said.

Prior to joining FrontRange, Fiske was the worldwide sales senior vice-president at open source platform-as-a-service (PaaS) company, Engine Yard.

Fiske's extensive experience also includes working as Nimsoft's worldwide sales vice-president and HP/Mercury Interactive's software direct Americas vice-president.

"I plan to capitalise on the industry's momentum around Hybrid ITSM by providing customers the freedom to choose between on-premise, Cloud-based solutions, or a hybrid of the two offerings to meet their unique requirements," Fiske added.
