According to Jobs there are now Apple Stores in 10 countries. On some days the stores attract more than a million visitors in total.
Commenting on the event Macworld editor Jason Snell said: "I think Apple Retail is the unsung hero of Apple's comeback. Not only financially successful, but it gets the Apple brand in front of people who might otherwise never have tried it out."
