Everything you need to know on the Nexus 10's price, specs and release date in the UK
As rumoured, Google has teamed up with Samsung to produce the Nexus 10, a bigger version of its Nexus 7 tablet.
Google went ahead and announced the Nexus 10 alongside its Nexus 4 smartphone and new Nexus 7 models despite hurricane sandy cancelling the launch event. The Nexus 10 is Google's answer to the Apple iPad which is now in its fourth generation.
The Nexus 10 will go on sale in the UK on 13 November in two models – 16GB and 32GB. It's similar to the Nexus 7 in that it runs on Android but is designed to be used predominantly in landscape mode. Google touts it as the "highest resolution tablet on the planet" thanks to its 2560 x 1600 pixels. See below for the full specification list.
Google Nexus 10 price
It's no surprise that the Nexus 10 comes in cheaper than the iPad 4 from Apple. The 16GB model cost £319 and the 32GB version £389 - £80 and £90 cheaper than the equivalent iPad.
