The Google Play Store is the only place to purchase the 8GB model which is 'in stock' with a delivery estimate of 3-5 days. However, 16GB is 'coming soon' with the option to sign up for email notifications for when stock is available.
Tesco Direct has also sold out of the Nexus 7 with many customers taking advantage of discount codes and redeeming clubcard points. Other options for the 16GB include Currys, PC World, Ebuyer and HMV.
The 16GB Nexus 7 is in stock at Currys and PC World while HMV and Ebuyer are expecting stock 26 July and 10 August respectively.
Some users are attempting to sell the Nexus 7 on eBay with premiums added to the price while others are reporting problems with the display.
