Apple is reportedly offering a one-off refund of £100 for recent purchasers of the iPad.
If you've bought an iPad within the past two weeks, you're probably feeling a bit miffed that Apple has seen fit to bring out a new, slimmer, flashier model. It was ever thus with technology. Apple's iPad 2 hits the UK on March 25.
Don't despair though, as Apple is saying it will refund £100 to those who have bought the original tablet in the past 14 days.
This is in line with Apple dropping the price of the original iPad at the Apple online store to just £329 (for the 16GB WiFi only model) - a £100 price drop.
The reduction was across the board, with the 32GB model now costing £399 and the 64GB model costing £479 for example.
If you are a recent purchaser, take your receipt to your nearest Apple store to claim your money back - let us know how you get on!
