Enprise Group to list on the National Stock Exchange

Shares of enterprise software and services provider, Enprise Group, will list on the National Stock Exchange (NSX) of Australia this week.

Enprise has been backed by venture capital. As a listed company, it will have over 350 shareholders, and trade under the code ENS.

New Zealand-based Enprise is led by CEO, Mark Loveys, who helped develop Exonet, the forerunner of MYOB EXO. He along with Enprise Group CFO, Elliot Cooper, now hold around 30 percent of the company's shares.

The NSX listing will help the company grow organically by growing existing business units as well as through acquisitions.

Enprise is focused on providing MYOB EXO via the Cloud, extending Enprise's network of branches across Australia and New Zealand, and adding mobility, Cloud and big data computing capability to its own suite of globally marketed SAP Business One-based solutions.

Enprise Group has two operating divisions: Enprise Solutions, which is a specialist provider of solutions based on the MYOB EXO software platform; and Enprise Software, an international SAP Business One software development partner.

Enprise Software develops and sells add-on modules for the SAP Business One business software platform through a global reseller channel. Its Solutions group supports more than 700 MYOB EXO customers across Australia and New and Enprise Software.

"Both operating divisions of Enprise are ideally positioned in growing market segments," Loveys said, adding the company has the reputation and Cloud expertise that will help it capture the in the MYOB EXO market across the region.

The company is also looking at strong international growth prospects, continuing to develop add on software for SAP Business One, according to a statement.

It is in the process of opening new offices in the key centres of Australia and recruiting reseller partners in regions beyond our present sales channel of North America, Australasia, South Africa and the UK.

Enprise's investors include Neiser Capital Investment fund, managed by former Boston Consulting Group partner Dr Jens Neiser, and Nightingale Partners of Sydney, managed by Christian Bernecker, who is the chairman of Enprise Group. Neiser, Loveys and Elliot Cooper are directors.

Enprise staff are now shareholders in the business, along with its directors and a number of professional investors and funds.

Enprise, was co-founded in 2002 by Loveys and former Exonet managers Leanne Graham and Elliot Cooper.
