Royal family launches Flickr collection

Personal photos and behind the scenes shots

The Royal Family has a Flickr collection, which allows the public to view pictures from private photo albums, and behind-the-scenes shots from royal ceremonies.

The official British Monarchy account contains almost 600 images, including shots from Queen Victoria's reign, and almost 100 images from the Royal Collection of artworks. Each member of the royal family has their own photo profile.

The Flickr collection is the latest in a series of social media feeds emenating from Buckingham Palace, including the Queen's Twitter account.
