A survey of IT staff has highlighted that smartphones are a bigger security risk than laptops. According to endpoint data protection supplier Credant Technologies, which conducted the research, 94 percent of the IT staff surveyed claimed PDAs present a security risk, followed closely by mobile storage devices, which were identified as a worry by 88 percent.
