NSC Group makes senior hires

Solutions integration company, NSC Group, has made three senior appointments to grow and enhance its client offering through customer-orientated solutions.

As of February 1, 2013, Trevor Boal will take on the role of managing director following a five-year stint as general manager. In his previous role he helped implement key strategies, and NSC believes he will continue to assist NSC with growth in Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ).

Founder Craig Neil will also become executive chairman, and Col Rennie will join the company in the newly created position of head of services.

Rennie joins NSC after a 20-year career in the sector, having previously worked with Dimension Data and Avaya.

According to Neil, the appointments will allow NSC to place greater focus on service delivery and innovations. These will be the pillars of the business moving forward.

"The new appointments highlight our desire to stay at the forefront of the industry," Neil said. "There is no doubt that customer needs are changing, and communications providers need to be a 'one stop shop' if they want to provide solutions that make customers' lives easier."
