BullGuard seeks gamers to trial security software

Become a software tester, see the (gaming security) world

BullGuard is looking for gamers to test the beta version of its upcoming gamers security software.

Some gamers find that security software affects their gaming by, for example, updating virus definitions or downloading firewall messaging. This subsequently slows game and response times down. BullGuard says that BullGuard Gamer's Edition (created in collaboration with SteelSeries) provides a preconfigured profile that features specific settings for different games.

As long as the correct profile is activated when a game is launched , BullGuard says it will ensure play is smooth but still secure.

Those taking part will receive a free subscription for the duration of the beta test in return for providing feedback and suggestions about the software. The best testers will be rewarded with a free subscription to the final product. To register visit bullguard.com/why/bullguard-gamers-edition
