Adobe adds Photoshop Lightroom to Creative Cloud

Creative Cloud, Adobe's CS6 subscription service, has a new addition available for members to download

Adobe has made Photoshop Lightroom available as part of its Creative Cloud.

The photography workflow software, which enables photographers to quickly import, manage, enhance and showcase images, has been added to Adobe's cloud based subscription service, Creative Cloud.

Creative Cloud offers Adobe's creative software for download to a desktop for individuals at a flat rate of £46.88 per month, based on a year's subscription. The subscription includes, but is not limited to, all CS6 applications plus an assortment of online apps and services.

In addition to the slate of 14 CS6 programs and Muse 1.0, Creative Cloud features subscription-only software such as Edge Preview, an HTML 5 animation program; Business Catalyst, a content management system and Web host that works with Muse; TypeKit which provides Web fonts for site creation; Adobe Creative Cloud Connection for syncing and storing files, 20GB of online storage space that lets you sync and access content directly from Creative Cloud, and the Adobe Touch suite of applications. And now, Photoshop Lightroom has been added to the list of available applications.
