Panasonic wins PC Advisor's Best Compact Camera award

PC Advisor Awards 2010: winners announced

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7 has won the PC Advisor Awards 2010 - Best Compact Camera award, after being named as the best model in its category to have come through the PC Advisor Test Centre over the past 12 months.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7 is our pick of the super-zoom point-and-shoot compact cameras on the market. This 10.1Mp hybrid camera with a 3in LCD screen and superb 12x optical zoom is also capable of taking 720p HD videos, while built-in stereo microphones do a good job of capturing close-proximity audio. It takes vibrant, clear images, even in poor lighting, and has one of the best automatic modes of any compact camera. Features include autofocus, tracking and face detection.
