New Adobe site offers free Photoshop advice

Adobe opens Photoshop Marketplace

Adobe has launched Photoshop Marketplace, describing it as the most comprehensive collection of Photoshop-related products, services, and communities available.

An "ultimate resource" for all things Photoshop, the site is an open community, with users encouraged to sign up and contribute including reviewing and commenting on the resources in Photoshop Marketplace.

There are terms of service that you have to agree to as part of the signing-up process but Photoshop Marketplace is a free service to the Photoshop community.

Photoshop Marketplace offers the ability to learn professional-level image manipulation, find specific plug-ins, or locate a local Photoshop User Group or workshop and much more says Adobe.

Anyone who wants to submit his or her product, service, or event to Photoshop Marketplace is considered a "publisher" to Photoshop Marketplace.

Unlike other officially endorsed sites or resources Adobe says the service will be updated regularly with new information, with the ability to follow updates via an RSS feed.

Current content is sparse but includes the option to buy dekeOnline resources from famed Photoshop Guru Deke McClelland.

The resource also includes Adobe Marketplace forums for further community interaction.
