NBN centre in Bendigo to provide business advice

The federal government has injected $250,000 in funding for a National Broadband Network (NBN) training centre in Bendigo, Victoria.

The centre will provide advice to small-to-medium business and not-for profit organisations on how to take advantage of the NBN and include one-on-one sessions on cloud, e-commerce and teleworking.

The centre is part of the federal government's Digital Enterprise program.

Other NBN programs include a training centre in Adelaide which was launched as part the Digital Hubs and Enterprise program, with the government providing $639,300 to Adelaide City Council for the centre.
