PCRange revamps SIP Talk VoIP plans

Australian broadband distributor, PCRange, has revamped its SIP Talk range Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone plans by adding new high-volume call plans.

It has overhauled the SIP Talk Voice over IP phone service by adding three new high-volume call plans that bundle two-hour phone calls to as many as 50 countries.

The SIP Talk plan allows call coverage to countries including India, Malaysia, Singapore, the UK and the USA, offering a choice of five calling plans, ranging from the SIP Talk Pay-As-You-Go service -- 40 cents a call to five countries -- to a $24.95 a month plan that includes 200 local and international calls.

The new SIP Talk high-volume plans are:

  • SIP Talk Global -- ($9.95 per month) including 25 calls in Australia and to 30 other countries.
  • SIP Talk Plus -- ($14.95 per month) including 50 calls in Australia and to 50 other countries.
  • SIP Talk Max -- ($24.95 per month) including 200 calls in Australia and to 50 other countries.

PCRange CEO, Raaj Menon, said the expanded range reflected the strong demand for high-volume call plans.

"We decided to extend the SIP Talk range of plans this month so that people can take advantage of our great rates to call family and friends around the world for Christmas as well as business contacts overseas," he said.

Other enhancements to the revamped SIP Talk plans include: integrated voicemail, music-on-hold, email-delivered voicemail messages and Caller ID over stamping.

All SIP Talk prepaid monthly plans include a direct in-dial number, bundled SMSes and competitive call rates. Calls are untimed for up to two hours.
