Dubbed "Getting Kenyan business online," Google Kenya (gKenya) today hosts the second web and mobile conference at the Westgate Mall in Nairobi. The two-day event has its focal point at marketers, businesses and entrepreneurs.

In their continued efforts to help businesses in Africa grow in the digital realm, Google Kenya held its first gKenya conference last year, focusing on Google's developer and business technologies ranging from Android, mobile development and AppEngine to Google Maps for business, website optimization and online advertising.

This year's event seeks to educate entrepreneurs, product managers, web developers, businessmen, publishers and engineers on how to capture the market with digital mobile advertising and emerged business specific android apps.

In attendance are some of the IT think tanks including the PS Ministry of Information & Communication Dr Bitange Ndemo, Bob Collymore CEO Safaricom, James Mwangi CEO Equity Bank, Nelson Mattos Vice President Engineering Google EMEA amongst others
