The Samsung Galaxy S4 is attracting a lot of attention right now. There has already been leaked screenshots of its new TouchWiz interface and a new automatic eye-scrolling feature. There's has also been some leaked screenshots detailing the Samsung Galaxy S4 specs too. See Samsung Galaxy S4 new features.

Screen: 4.99-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 1080 x 1920 pixels (441 ppi)

Screen material: Corning Gorilla Glass 3

Storage: 16GB/32GB/64GB, microSD up to 64GB

Connectivity: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, microUSB;

Camera (rear-facing): 13MP with LED flash, and 1080 video @ 30fps;

Camera (front-facing): 2.1MP, and 1080 video @ 30fps;

OS: Android Jellybean 4.2

RAM: 2GB

CPU: Exynos 5410 1.8GHz

CPU cores: Exynos 4+4

GPU: ARM PowerVR SGX 544MP

Battery: Li-Ion 2600 mAh battery

These specs have not been officially confirmed by Samsung. Rather, they are from screenshots that have been leaked online that claim to be taken from a benchmarking app used on a Samsung Galaxy S4.

However, it is worth noting that these specs are inline with what Samsung was expected to equip the S4 with. The main improvements from the Galaxy S3 here are the larger screen and much higher pixel density (S3: 4.9-inch and 306 ppi). Samsung has also doubled the cores from four to eight. The rear-facing camera will get a boost of 5M too.
