A Mexican court has upheld a ruling that "iPhone" is too close to an existing trademark, "iFone," which is a telecommunications company. I'm sure Apple will come to some sort of agreement with the company--probably involving large amounts of pesos--but just for fun, let's instead pretend Cupertino will have to change the name: I suggest iRevolucionario teléfono móvil.

The dust over Apple's executive reshuffle has yet to settle. According to Bloomberg, Forstall avoided the company's design meetings about the iPhone, with sources saying "Ive and Forstall were rarely in the same room." Wait ... you guys thinking what I'm thinking? WHICH ONE IS REAL?
