HTC One X hits AT&T stores on Sunday for $200

Sales of smartphone had been delayed by U.S. Customs review related to Apple-HTC patent lawsuit

AT&T said the HTC One X smartphone will go on sale at its stores Sunday for $199.99 and a two-year service plan, ending a two week delay caused by a U.S. Customs review of shipments.

HTC said a week ago that the HTC One X and the HTC Evo 4G LTE, sold by Sprint, had completed a review process by Customs that determined the phones complied with a U.S. International Trade Commission ruling stemming from a patent lawsuit between Apple and HTC.

HTC One X will be sold exclusively by AT&T, which put it on sale online yesterday.

The smartphone runs Android 4.0 and features a 4.7-in. display with 720p HD resolution (720 x 1280).

Inside, it is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor.

AT&T and HTC focused on the One X's so-called Amazing Camera, with a continuous shooting feature that takes up to 99 photos at four frames per second. Also, it has Video Pic, the ability capture HD quality video at the same time capturing still photos.

The device measures 5.29 in. x 2.75 in. x .35 in. and weighs 4.5 ounces.

Sprint will start selling the HTC Evo 4G LTE phone on Saturday, following the shipment delay.
