Samsung Galaxy S3 delayed on Vodafone

Can't exclusively sell 32GB model for a least two weeks

Vodafone has announced that some of its customers will face delays in receiving the Samsung Galaxy S3.

The UK mobile operator has put the smartphone on sale from today but certain models are subject to delays of between two and four weeks. The only handset which is available from today is the 16GB marble white Galaxy S3.

Vodafone is exclusively selling the 32GB version of the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich phone for the first month but both colours variations are subject to the delay. Customers wishing for the 16GB pebble blue handset will also have to sit out the postponement.

The firm said the delivery timings will be subject to 'Samsung shipments'. The news comes after Samsung confirmed Galaxy S3 in pebble blue is delayed because of its 'hyperglaze' material.
