The firm announced the update back in March and only gave a release schedule of the second quarter, which we're almost half way through. The news comes shortly after Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S3 smartphone.

As promised the software upgrade includes the additional Premium Suite with a new S Note app for better note taking and productivity and a new S Memo widget.

Samsung has put together the following video to show off the features of the ICS update with Premium Suite.
