Samsung Galaxy S3 press image emerges

A convincing image ahead of launch event

A decent looking press image of the Samsung Galaxy S3 has appeared online ahead of its launch. See also Samsung Galaxy S3 review.

Countless images have cropped up over the weeks claiming to be of the highly anticipated smartphone and today there is another. GSMarea has published a good looking press shot of the Galaxy S3. Visit Samsung Galaxy S3 launch: as it happened.

We're unable to confirm whether this is the real thing or not but it is the most convincing image of the device we have seen so far. It certainly fits with the design which was revealed by a Korean fan site over the weekend. Go to Samsung Galaxy S3 specs and pictures.

Both pictures show a physical home button with two touch sensitive buttons either side. Rumoured specifications include a 4.6 or 4.8-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen, an 8Mp or 12Mp camera and wireless charging. Visit Samsung Galaxy S3 vs HTC One X comparison review.

One thing we do know is that the phone will be powered by Samsung's Exynos 4 Quad processor.

Samsung confirmed the Galaxy S3 name with an app and release a Galaxy S3 teaser video. Meanwhile Carphone Warehouse accidentally listed the Galaxy S3 under its coming soon mobiles.
