Working directly off community feedback, designer Billy Mays produced his concept smartphone, Seabird. Here's a visual tour.

May is a community member in the Mozilla Labs community and created Seabird in his spare time. In early 2009, he produced a throw-away concept for this so-called Open Web Concept Phone.

"Working directly off of that community feedback, Billy has since finished the exploration with his concept, Seabird." This image shows the design process visually.
