The service offers a basic landline, as well as an evening and weekend calls package and an Anytime package that allows users to make calls to 22 other countries around the world.
The trial is open to both existing Be customers and those signed up to other ISPs. While those that take part will need to pay for the landline, it'll be charged at half the usual price and will apply for 12 months, even after the trial has finished.
"The launch of Be Landline is a response to the demand of our member community. It means that they'll be able to benefit from the great service from BE for both their broadband and landline," said Tom Williams, Head of Be Broadband.
"There's also the convenience of a single monthly bill and our members should be able to save a little bit of money compared to what they currently pay for a BT line."
To take part in the trial, sign-up at Be's dedicated web page before July 9.
