T-Mobile G2 Touch Google Android phone out now

Second T-mobile Google phone free on £35 contract

The T-Mobile G2 Touch - the second Google Android phone from T-Mobile - is available via T-Mobile's UK website. You get the G2 Touch handset for free with a £35 per month, 18-month contract.

The T-Mobile G2 Touch is, in essence, a rebadged version of the HTC Hero. Running the Google Android OS, it has a 3.2in HVGA touchscreen that's bigger than the iPhone's, as well HSDPA, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and a 5Mp camera. Unlike many HTC phones, the T-Mobile G2 has a 3.5mm headphone jack meaning that most headphones will fit it.

The £35 contract includes get 700 minutes, unlimited mobile internet and unlimited SMS text messages - although the latter two are subject to a fair usage policy.

An 18-month, £40 Flext 40 tariff offers £225 worth of credit, and unlimited mobile internet.
