Nokia and Microsoft planning iPhone-killer?

Zune phone may be on the cards

Nokia and Microsoft have joined forces in a bid to create an iPhone-killer.

According to ZuneScene, the pair won't confirm they are working together to create a custom handset, but they will admit they are in the process of ensuring Nokia software could be integrated with content from the Microsoft-run Zune store, which currently will only work on Zune devices.

However, no dates were given as to when this might hit the market.
