Skype offers P2P PayPal payments

Voip users to transfer monitor within Skype

Users of Skype’s internet telephone service will soon be able to use PayPal to transfer money to each other.

Ebay, which owns both Skype and PayPal, has been discussing integrating the two for sometime. The company is expecting to unveil the new services by the end of April.

The news was revealed this week by Skype co-founder, Niklas Zennstrom, who was speaking at a technology conference in California.

Currently Skype members can use PayPal to buy Skype products and pay for credit for the service. But soon money transactions will be available to users of the service directly from the Skype client without needing to go to PayPal.
