Website offers online IT courses for just £75

Learn PC skills at your own pace

A new website is offering 1,500 IT-related courses covering everything from basic computer skills to using Photoshop that web users can complete at their own pace.

WantToLearnIT.com originally focussed its attentions on the corporate training market. However, it has tweaked the service to offer consumers the chance to learn basic PC skills, web design and applications such as Photoshop for as little as £55 ex VAT.

The courses, which range in length, must be completed within 12 months, ensuring web users can learn at their own pace. The Photoshop course takes a total of 30 hours while the Word 2007 tutorial takes 14 hours.

The most expensive courses cost just £75 ex VAT. Alternatively, those interested in learning technical web development skills can get a library of 39 different courses for £250.

Nick Fry, managing director at Progress International, WantToLearnIT.com's parent company, said: "We are delighted with the new website. Learning does not have to be exclusive to organisations and the variety of courses available gives everyone the opportunity to manage their own career paths or simply learn a new skill that interests them."
