Be Broadband helps users improve net speed

Matt's House guides free to download

Be Broadband has created a number of guides that advise web users on how to improve the speeds of their broadband connection.

The 'Matt's House' guides, which are available as downloadable PDFs or short videos, offer ways web users can tweak their router setup, internal home wiring and utilise the master socket to improve the speed of their broadband connection.

The ISP says the tweaks are possible without the need for technical expertise.

"The 'Matt's House' guides are part of Be's mission to deliver Real World Speed," said the ISP.

Be Broadband said the inspiration for the guides came from Be's Forum Manager Matt, who also stars in the video editions of the guides.

"Based on customer queries in the provider's online support forum, he asked for more interesting way to show members how simple tweaks can dramatically improve the speed of a broadband connection."

Visit Be Broadband's dedicated web page to download the guides.
