O2 has won the PC Advisor Awards 2010 - Readers Best ISP award, based on the votes of more than 6,500 PC Advisor readers.
O2 continues its popularity among PC Advisor readers, having taken the Best Buy rosette in our 2009 broadband survey four months ago.
Back then O2's overall satisfaction rating was 92.3 percent, and it topped the rankings for customer service with 85 percent. It also led the field when it came to satisfaction with broadband speeds. Reliability was among the best of the ISPs evaluated, and O2 was felt to be a solid provider offering good speeds and great value.
Four months on, O2 is maintaining its high standards - and it needs to, since broadband customers are increasingly willing to shop around for good deals and superior service.
The runners-up in this category were: Be Broadband; Plusnet; Virgin Media; and Zen Internet.
