Google wins PC Advisor's Best Web Browser award

PC Advisor Awards 2010: winners announced

Google Chrome 2.0 has won the PC Advisor Awards 2010 - Best Web Browser award.

A good web browser is like a competent football referee: it does its job so well you barely notice it. Like the best of Google's products Chrome simply works, with discretion and elegance. Other browsers may be more feature rich, but Chrome 2.0 is fast, stable and secure. It has all the functions you need, each handled with aplomb. You want tabbed browsing? You've got it. And in this case if one tab crashes, the rest survive intact. But perhaps Chrome's killer feature is the way it integrates all Google's other tools into one frame.
