Photobox launches Super Photos Facebook application

Print copies of pictures in your Facebook albums

Photobox has launched a Facebook application that allows users to upload their pictures to the photo printing website and the social-networking site at the same time.

Currently in beta version, Super Photos lets users order prints without logging on to the Photobox site as well as exporting pre-existing Facebook albums to Photobox and sending web-sized copies of their Photobox albums to Facebook. When users upload picture through Super Photos they can also grant permission for their Facebook friends to print copies of the images, or even create photographic mementos such as mugs or mouse mats imprinted with the pictures.

Lawrence Merritt, Photobox's marketing director, said: "Super Photos directly addresses feedback from our customers who want to print their Facebook photos, but found uploading to Facebook and Photobox separately was a pain in the neck".
