The entertainingly-named Rock Hippo Productions has announced a new partnership with Valve to distribute its two free to play games MicroVolts and Brawl Busters. The two new titles will join Champions Online, Global Agenda, Forsaken World, Alliance of Valiant Arms, War Inc. Battlezone and Spiral Knights in Steam's growing free to play section.

MicroVolts is a third-person shooter based on conflicts between toys in the backyard. Featuring a wide selection of different modes and maps, the small scale of the combat environments put an interesting twist on the typical shooter formula.

Brawl Busters is, as you might expect, a brawler. Five character classes are on offer for cooperative and competitive play, while leaderboards and persistent stat tracking encourage friendly competition among the community.

Rock Hippo hasn't said exactly when the new games are coming to Steam, but watch out for them soon. In the meantime, you can find out more about MicroVolts here.
