Sony demonstrated a visually overhauled PS3 Home today at the E3 exhibition in California yesterday, along with a video download and rental service for the PS3 and PSP.
No official announcement was given regarding the beta release of Home during the keynote, but a number of visual updates were shown to attendees that included water effects and game-themed trophy rooms for Warhawk and Resistance.
The video service will include movies from Sony Pictures, Warner, Disney, Fox Television and Film, MGM, Lionsgate, and 20th Century Fox.
Pricing was shown via the film Cloverfield, which featured a $15 purchase price and a $6 rental price (HD) in the US.
